- Hm, slight lecturing section
starting here...
Done in response to an especially virulent outbreak of teen angst
whining on vcl.
Basically on the lines of "I hate you all, give me my freedom
and stop treating me like a child and i need to be held and no
one likes me"
Sorry to put it like this but those things are mutually exclusive.
You pay your freedom with less cozyness. you pay your closeness
with a loss of freedom.
Choose, or have others choose for you
|
 |
- Also due to the fact that vcl consists of mainly hordes of
people who are oh so very very goth and evil and badass ( i *do
exclude a few here who do draw deep and thoughtfull things of
ansty nature)
Well, one day i found i just could not fight it anymore and joined
their ranks.
Here my picture pandering to the wannabe gothcrowd, including
blood, death, and undersgae furs in striped clothes.
Yeah, right ;)

 |
- While we are on the topic, here is another thought.
Why is it that evil has such a coveted cool-status?
Now you finally have a nice little evil act happen in real live.
Yup, i take a couple planes and chuck'em at some skyscrapers.
Fun, evil is soooooooooooo cool, right?
Yes. I too was watching.
Mine is not dedicated to the great American revenge.
It is dedicated to the dead
It is dedicated to those who survived
And it is dedicated to all of us, who will have to life through
the aftermath
|
 |
- Hm. Maybe part of the reason why evil is cool is because
good is boring?
Is good boring? Why ? because being good means that you follow
the rules? Bub, i got news for you: blindly following rules is
the start of the real evil. Being good means to actively think
and often ignore the rules. No matter where they come from ,
be it your teacher, your state or
some hierophant claiming to speak in the name of your god.
So.... after this little rant: Everyone knows the popular mommy
of all "evil is cool" things: Good girls go to heaven,
bad girls go everyway. It works both ways. And i think it might
be worthwhile. Terrie and XianJaguar, just as two representatives.
- No you don't need a religion either. Feel free to be freelance
good.
Might make the world nicer ;)
- End of Lecture
|
 |
- Gift picture for Chris Goodwin, because like him i am one
of the carchased minority of dedicated byciclists. And because
he is one of the most thoughtfull artists out there.
- And his art rules too ^^
|
 |
- This just happened during a lecture.
very out of character...
|
 |
- Here i just got the words " out of control" in
my mind, and um..
drew this.
in 10 minutes. And a weird style.
Terrie the slightly cynic slightly manic depressive?
|
 |
- I went to a very nice exhibition about aboriginal art. Had
to draw something like that, and picked a kangaroo cause it fits,
and picked Roux for that because she is neat and has the guts
to praise drugs. Which i find funnily refreshing ^.^
The funny thing is that i drew this back *before the Rouxcraze
on vcl started, and now i look like just another bandwagonjumper.
Hee, guess i should update more often.
Will I learn my lesson? No.

 |
- From my "Furry Pirates" RPG group, a birthday present
to the navigator (Hungarian lynx) and ship's mage (British fruitbat)
|
 |
- Commission: two syblings, the sister wanting to show her
brother that *she can do martial arts too. cute ^^
|
 |
- This one i doodled for Sarah Skunkie just because.
|
 |
- Stickdevil redesigned his character. Loosing those darling
cute little batwings!
WAAAGH!
But Terrie helps ^^
|
 |
- Nonfurry for a change:
Fan Art for Jill Thompson.
If you don't read "Scary Godmother" yet, go out now
and start to ^^
|
 |
- Another commission.
- Not much going on here ^^
|
 |
- After seeing all the usual pictures of mistletoe and Santasuited
vixens and all on vcl... I do not object to those one bit, christmas
is a time to have fun. But maybe it would also be good to pause
and consider for a while that what we are celebrating here is
that god loves us enough that he came down to live among us,
teach us and die for us. Easter is included in Christmas. It
is not just a cute cuddle little babe, it is choosing mortality
because we too are mortal.

 |
- More holidays, but further back
- My Hallowe'en costume,
- It is some sort of.. plague demon crowskull thingie.

- artgod to me ^^
- Poor Tracy, getting spooked.

Dancing Death is a .. nice idea though i think?
|
 |
- Nonfurry picture alert
My new Vampire The Masquerade character.
Brujah Raver boy, still all nice and happy about being forever
young.
Drawing grafittystyle is fun!
|
 |
- Almost vampire as well.
- I *like* the picture, the only trouble is that she is 4'
tall IC and it should be a HUGE potatoe in the picture, but the
effect is that she now appears simply tiny with a normal size
potatoe :p
